Welcome to Sketchingbrad.com

The name of this blog is a play on words.  Simply put it is what it says:  Brad who sketches, among other artsy-fartsy things, and wants to showcase his art, (selfish I know) but digging a little deeper it means something much more.

I want to document the progress I’m making in my life and at the same time inspire.  I quit drinking excessively, I quit smoking and using drugs entirely, and have separated from all the bad influences in my life.

I found God and accept Jesus Christ as my savior. Things just keep getting better.  I started living healthy several months back and have since lost 40lbs and I’m starting to get these old bones into shape.

I returned and embraced my original passion (art) and said to heck with what the world wants or thinks I should be.  This blog is here to be pleasing to my Father in Heaven and if I can grab a few smiles along the way then so be it!

Bottom line is : I’m sketching out a whole new me.
